Cabins 10155 & 11131 are the same.

On Decks: 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11

all cabins on the Gem small and large have a fridge.

To add, all NCL ships have mini fridges in every cabin except the Spirit, Majesty, and Dream. On them, all the suites have them, plus the few Superior cabin classifications. By 2010, only the Spirit will not have mini fridges in every cabin, and that's assuming NCL doesn't add them during the Spirit's next dry dock this fall.

As others have said, all the Gem rooms have fridges. The fridge comes stocked but just ask your room stewards to empty it.
