lovethecaribbean31 Posted June 24, 2008 #1 Share Posted June 24, 2008 My husband and I are booked in room 311 on the Star Flyer for a Tahiti sailing next May. My travel agent suggested this room because it's a little bigger than others in category 3. But this room is a triple. Does the upper bed fold into the ceiling, or will it just be there making the room feel smaller? In this type of room can the two lower beds still be made into a double? Is the upper bed directly above one of the lower beds? Thanks very much for any information you can share!
terrypilot Posted June 30, 2008 #2 Share Posted June 30, 2008 My wife and I had a triple on the Royal Clipper 3 years ago and the third was a bunk that was up against the wall and did not take up any room. Have a great trip.
ustwo Posted August 5, 2008 #3 Share Posted August 5, 2008 I think if I remember our friends had this type of room. The bed folds against the wall? I would call them and ask. Think you would be better off with 328 or 331. All the rooms are going to be smaller then you think. It was the best cruise we have been on.
