GC on our own?

We had originally rented a car for GC, with the intent to drive to Rum Point, altho there are other things I would like to see, too, so have decided to forego Rum Point this time due to time constraints.

 

What I am thinking now, is the Nautilus, the Butterfly Farm, and Hell and 7 Mile Beach if there is enough time left. Are these easy to get to? Do I need to keep the rental car or would a cab get us to these different places?

 

Any thoughts on the good or bad to this plan?
