How Far From San Juan Airport to Pier???

We would truly appreciate any information regarding the distance and cost to taxi from airport to San Juan (PR) pier. We will be arriving about 11 PM the night before cruise and were hoping someone could recommend a reasonable hotel near the pier. We appreciate any feedback provided to our inquiries. Thank you.

We've been twice and it went well both times. We booked a room at the Radisson both times for around $80 through Priceline (learned how at biddingfortravel.com). Hotel was very nice and in tourist-friendly area of many restaurants, casinos, etc.

 

Cab to the hotel was reasonable -$12-$18 as I remember and very orderly at the airport. Cab from the hotel to the port was $10-$15.

We just came back off the Destiny and we stayed at the Embassy suites near the airport. You get full hot breakfast and we paid around $132.00 for 4 people. It cost is $20 to get from the airport area to the pier for 4 people with luggage.

 

The Sheraton is right across the street, but you should book now as they get expensive and they sell out quickly.
