jsfofec Posted July 2, 2008 #1 Share Posted July 2, 2008 I realize that the balcony cabins (caribe deck) are much smaller on this ship than others. Does anybody know if there is room for a twin size air matress? The reason I ask is because there are four of us going (on 7/16), myself, DW, DD and MIL and we have 2 cabins, a balcony and an inside cabin. Our DD (who's 7) would prefer to sleep in our balcony cabin rather than with my MIL. Do you think there would be enough room for her or is this just an impossible situation? Yes, there is enough room for a twin sized air mattress to be put on the floor. It will fit right in front of your balcony door. Just ask your room steward for extra sheets and pillows and you should be all set. BTW-All the balcony cabins on the Dawn are the same size, so it wouldn't have matter which you chose. If you move the upholstered chair in this picture away from the balcony opening, it should give you plenty of room for the air mattress.
