We had a great lunch at Fishlips. I had crap cakes and they were great. We dropped off the cases around 1 and there was a large line. We then went to eat and enjoy some adult drinks. :o we checked in around 2:45 with no line what so ever. I then went to the spa to see if I could get a quick pedi and they were already booked up for the day. wow

Met everyone out at the helli pad in our orange after the muster and had another drink.

The ship seems to be in great shape. our suite is alot larger than the OS on Exployer we had in Feb. I will get on later to answer some questions.

I don't think I can find out where peoples muster stations are unless i go knocking on doors.

Don't go knocking on doors!! just pat her and tell her I'm thinking of her! :) Our M&M is meeting on the helipad for sailaway too! Was it great!? Stupid question! I agree with Mark--let me know who the best bartender is and tell him or her I'll see him on the 20th!

Did you have a big group on the helipad? We are trying to figure out where to meet with our group. Is it too crowded at the pool bar area? We want to be near music. Thanks!!

I am right here with ya Mark. I told my hubby today that I am officially obsessed. Hmmmm, the helipad for sailaway. The only problem with that is the distance it is from the bar.

Linda, Actually, my whole family thinks I'm a little bit crazy, and they're not too keen when I want to drag them to the meet n mingles, etc. But I enjoy getting to know the ppl on here, and I really do pick up some facts that help us on the cruise. Speaking of three day cruises, we're in the process of planning a five nighter from NJ to Bermuda for either Sept or Oct this year or next. We went to see a presentation and got a "free" cruise for our time...."free" turns out to be $500 total for two, which for five nights, is a winner.

Thanks so much for doing this LIVE thread - I'm sailing on Mariner on 7/20 doing this Eastern trip too and this is going to be so wonderful to hear all about things before we go! This will really be cool to live it vicariously and then get to experience it for real. :) And I agree with lots of other posters that I'm really interested in the food each night as I'm trying to pick the best nights to miss out on the dining room and try Chops and/or Portofino's (this is the first time I've been on a ship with either restaurant).

Hi Kim...We're on Mariner in September and can't wait...I'll be following your posts all week long to try to keep my excitement down a little. I hope you have a great week on board her...she's a beautiful ship! Enjoy your vacation and I look forward to your updates all week.
