Will this combo be ok for formal nights?

We are dining PC but may want to do a formal night or two. I am bringing a slinky type knit long skirt (black), tank in black and a cross front long sleeved top black all in the same fabric. I also have a pair of deep teal jaquard weave satin and matte flowy pants. I figure I can wear a choice of the cross top and long skirt one night and the tank and pants another night with some kind of wrap? Is this going to be formal enough? Shoes are strappy black heeled sandals. I also have a short (just above the knee skirt) in the same fabric. TIA
