jbelle Posted July 4, 2008 #1 Share Posted July 4, 2008 We will be sailing on Sea Princess 9-23 to 10-03 from Quebec City to N.Y.....We are in A 301. Directly across from our room is an open square. I don't know if this is a staircase or maybe a storage room. Anyone know what this is.... also any info on the Sea Princess would be appreciated. This will be our 2nd cruise...1st was last year on Sapphire to Alaska. We're hooked on cruising now!

This will be our 2nd cruise...1st was last year on Sapphire to Alaska. We're hooked on cruising now! We have sailed on the Sea a couple of times and if I am not mistaken, that square is a storage room for the room stewards. The staircase is located across from A401 which is just down the hall a bit. We love this class of ship. It is quite a bit smaller than ships in the fleet like the Sapphire, but we like the smaller sun class ships. The main difference we saw was the casino is less than half the size of other ships of this class in the fleet. They cut it in half to make room for board game tables. Try the pizza restaurant midship (sorry, can't remember if that is Verdes or what the name of it is), no extra charge, and in the evening they expand the menu. One of our favorite alternate places to dine on the Sun Class ships.
jbelle Posted July 4, 2008 Author #3 Share Posted July 4, 2008 Toto...thanks so much for all the information. My dh and I are really looking forward to this cruise. It will be so nice leaving this hot Texas weather behind for cool Canada and New England. I think we will enjoy the Sun Princess.
