surprise!

After the fireworks on Friday I was inspired for my upcomining trip and decided to keep my camera out and take more pictures. DH and DS were going out in the woods and I tagged along with camera bag in tow. I moslty just wanted to try a bunch of different settings on the same show and see how it turned out. I wasn't trying to get any "great" Pictures. I did get some good pictures, though. There was one picture I got I thought I would share. I love my Pentax K10D. It picks up things I don't even see with my eyes. I was trying different settings to make the yellow and green pop. I get home and start looking at them and seeing the settings I used and one picture stood out, but it wasn't the flower that popped out at me. It was the spider web in the back. I hope it shows up when I put it in here. I think it is so cool. I alsomst wish I had tried some more angles.
