How long does it take the ship to clear customs in Piraeus? We are meeting some friends and would like to tell them what time we can leave the ship? We will be in Athens on Sunday, does anyone know if everything is closed on Sunday?

An hour. Many things other than restaurants and bars are closed Sunday :)
