QM2 - DVD of your voyage

Has anyone purchased an on board "DVD of your voyage" ? I got one from the recent Splendour of the falls cruise. Problem is it wont play at all on my PC DVD player, is very intermittent on my TV DVD player and personal DVD player. Some sections just won't play at all e.g the "Naming Ceremony".

 

I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of this, but its a bit difficult to take it back to the store ! I'll write to Cunard to see if they can replace it but I don't hold out much hope. And at $39 it wasn't exactly cheap.

We got the DVD from the Sept 17, 2004 cruise and it works without any problem in the DVD player. I haven't tried it on my PC. I would certainly contact Cunard ad see if they will replace your DVD.
