Approx time on Tender to Belize-Glory

Good Evening,

 

Quick question if I may, we are going to Belize and heard we will have to tender, do you know how long it takes to get to the island by Tender?

We had a terrible experience last year with a tender on the Miracle so before we go and tender again, I would like to know how long the tender was.

We are leaving on Saturday morning so if someone can get back to me as soon as they can, it would be greatly appreciated.

About 15 minutes. Not bad at all. :D

Yep, about 15 minutes. One recomendation.... the tenders in Belize are smaller than the big ones you'll see in Cozumel or Cayman, so I'd suggest getting a seat in the back where there will be some airflow.

 

Whatever you do, don't skip Belize because of a fear of the tender ride. Belize is my absolute favorite port.

I was on a cruise in March and the tender was not bad at all. The only thing is that they let the people with excursions booked from the ship get off first. I think the ones that had excursions not booked with the ship were next and then the ones with no excursions were last. I am an earlybird and didn't have an excursion, so I was not a happy camper that I had to wait to get off last.:cool: I was on the Voyager of the Seas.

How long after they started the tenders did it take to get everyone off?

We are going on the glory and were wondering how long it could take to get off . Worst case.
