What was the earliest time passengers were allowed to disembark in Barcelona?

This will not answer your question, but it may give you a general idea.

Norwegian Jewel: Walked off in Athens at 05:25 (before breakfast)

Oceania Regatta: Walked off in Barcelona at 7:10 (after breakfast)

Azamara Quest: Walked off in Rome at 07:35 (after breakfast)

The local cabbies know when a ship is due in. They'll be waiting down at the pier.

On the Gem, you are able to do the Express Walk-Off Disembarkation anytime after 5:30am. You must be able to carry all of your bags ashore on your own. This time may change due to local clearance procedures.

My wife and I were on the May 25th sailing. We used the Express Walk-Off Disembarkation. We were the first ones off at 5:50 am. We made it to the airport by 6:15 am.
