I believe they are full service salons, but if member serves correctly prices are generally higher than on land. Even the spa.

The Salon on The Vision of the Seas is contracted out to a company called Time To Spa. I think all the RCCL ships contract out to time to spa...

If you visit their website, and contact someone thru their customer service link, you may be able to get an answer to your question and/or a listing of their offered services and/or prices and/or maybe even able to book your appointment.

 

I know this because the nice people at RCCL CS gave me this info when I was to be married on the Vision. I needed to contact them to make my hair appt.
