Bringing wine onboard Carnival Freedom

My DW and I will be on the Freedom in Aug. I understand we can bring 2 bottles of wine onboard with us during embarkation. My question is when reboarding at the ports would we be allowed to bring back a bottle of wine?

We both are very fond of the local wines and like to have a bottle in the room. Any help will be appreciated.

On European cruises, Carnival tends to be more lenient. On the Splendor, they didn't even have a liquor check-in desk when reboarding. I brought wine (and port) back on at all our stops, security never said a thing.

Just want to say thank you..I hope Don is right on this one.Carnival will do quite well on our bar tab in 12 days so I don't feel a bottle of local wine once in a while will hurt. I know there will be people that disagree so I shall appologize to them in advance. Thanks again and everyone have a great day
