Dunn River Falls In October

I have traversed Dunn River Falls before but my girlfriend has yet to experience it. We are going to Jamaica in October. When I went in March, the water was rather cold. She has a condition called Raynauds that causes her to loose circulation to her hands and feet when she gets too cold. Can we expect the water at the falls in October to be much warmer than I expirienced in March?
