Crown Princess - Gluten Free

:) Has anyone had experience of gluten free meals on board Crown Princess or any of the Princess ships. I have sailed with P & O and noticed that they had an excellent choice of GF for passengers that required it. My daughter is coming on this cruise with us and its the first time she has cruised. Crown Princess - 21st December - Eastern Caribbean

We have been told that we should choose set time dining not anytime so that waiting staff know where she is so they can serve her, but we have been allocated anytime even though we requested Late sitting. Does anyone know whether it matters where we eat, will she still get her GF meals? Will there still be choices for her at the Food Court? And what about room service. Its very frustrating not knowing just what to expect for her.

HELP PLEASE
