trigger Posted April 9, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 9, 2004 I have seen posts for the Radisson at Port Canaveral where people are using rate code ORLANDO. My question is, what web site are they using this on? I tried radisson.com, but it says rate not found. PLEASE HELP, as there isn't many rooms left! cfurry Posted April 10, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 10, 2004 Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with that rate code. You could try calling the hotel directly to find out the lowest rate available. Throw anything you can at them...AAA, AARP, corporate rate, whatever. We're paying $119 for a Saturday night, but I've seen postings where some folks are paying quite a bit less. Good luck! lrcno Posted April 10, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 10, 2004 I think the code was ORLAND w/o the O at the end. But when I checked their website, the regular internet rate was $85 and according to most people, they stated you can park and use the shuttle at any booked rate. The $119 is their park & cruise rate. 5/24/04 Sovereign of the Seas
garnetjanet Posted April 10, 2004 #4 Share Posted April 10, 2004 We tried with the code "ORLAND" got a somewhat good rate, but the rate with the code "CRUISE" for our date was MUCH better. Try and see. Hope this helps. trigger Posted April 10, 2004 Author #5 Share Posted April 10, 2004 I just off of the phone with the hotel. Normally these codes, ORLAND & CRUISE, work. However, when they are close to selling out, they use the rack-rate ($159) for all remaining rooms. Expedia has the same rooms for $115. Thanks for your help anyways.
