Double Tree Cocoa Beach

I was wondering if anyone has stayed at the doubletree on Cocoa beach? I did a search on here but I didn't see too much information on it. Did you like it? Was it clean? Did you have any problems with air conditioning? Thanks for the help!

We stayed there in October of 2006 for one night. We had a balcony king room with a partial ocean view. The room was nice and clean and the hotel has direct access to the beach. There is also a Publix and Walgreens close by. I don't recall any problems with the A/C.
