Prices at Lobster Dave's?

So I am hearing so much about Lobster days- can anyone give me an idea of what lobster there runs? Is it close to port - if you take a cab? Thanks!

Local price at Lobster Daves is J$300 which is under $5US for lobster.

 

Tourists are charged From $20 -$30US...depending on his mood that day.

 

Beware of this area as there is a turf war in progress for tourist business.

 

Be prepared to be hasseled relentlessly by vendors who will not leave you alone until you buy something. This is on the premisis and while dining.

According to what I have read yes it is close to the port. From Margaritaville it is a short walk. We plan to try it in October.....I have been hasseled at Dunn's River Falls and I am sure it can be no worse than that, lol.
