With only one day, which to choose???

I am planning on booking a cruise for my family and my parents on the Celebrity Century that stops in Georgetown. On the Celebrity Century webpage under the available excursions, it lists 4 pages of them:eek: . If you only had one excursion to book for that place, which one would it be. We plan to split up, so the best info would be this:

Best excursion for a 78 and an 80 year old (both in good health, can walk fine, etc)

Best excursion for mid 40-50's with 2 teenage daughters.

Thanks so much in advance. (Excursion price should not be considered in your recommending)
