Shuttle to Civitavecchia

I have tried booking twice with rome-shuttle.com and have never received a response from them. I am wondering if there is a problem with their web site as the booking form never asks for my credit card information. I do get a booking #. I have also tried to e-mail them but again get no response. Has anyone had any success in booking with this shuttle company? I found their name on a cruise critic thread. They were recommended.

There rates were great 120 Euros for 4 people. Any suggestions for another shuttle service to the port?

I have had the same experience with my now 3 days old email....no response. Not sure if they have received it or not??? Perhpas we'll try again and see what happens... after a long flight, it would be reassuring to know we have someone waiting for us when we arrive!

Try Stefano at Rome Cabs...great service and he throws in a bit of a tour if you ask
