BonnieVA Posted August 6, 2008 #1 Share Posted August 6, 2008 We reserved an excursion (for late Aug) w/ Nativeway last week & sent our credit info to them. I haven't heard from them since we faxed our stuff. On Monday I realized we needed to cancel the excursion & emailed them telling them to please cancel our reservation (they ask for at least a week's notice to cancel). Anyway, I still haven't heard from them even though I sent another email yesterday asking them to acknowledge our cancellation. I'm getting nervous now because of the lack of response. I'm afraid they'll charge us since we won't show up. So, if anyone here has had to cancel, what has YOUR experience been? I wonder if I can block them form charging to our account?
