grand cayman with baby - any tips?

Jan2007

Recommended Posts

We'll be cruising with our 13 month old and Grand Cayman is one of our ports of call. Any tips on what would be the best options of what to do ashore?

What are some recommendations from those who have young ones?

We will be going to Grand Cayman next month on our cruise and we'll be taking our 9 month old. So far we've booked Carnival's "Best of Cayman" tour. Children 3 and under are free if they sit on a parent's lap and it's in an air conditioned motorcoach.

What type of activities are you looking to do?

There are not a lot of places in the Cayman's that are all-inclusive. If you are just wanting to relax on the beach you could catch a taxi $4/person to the Royal Palms/Reef Grill. They have chairs and umbrellas to rent, food and drink, and free showers, restrooms and changing area.

I hope this helps!

Enjoy!
