Anyone stayed at this hotel? What is it by? How far to a good beach?

The beach is about 30 minutes drive, allowing for traffic. The hotel is near a moderate mall and a large retail shopping center with chain restaurants including Carraba's and Sweet Tomatoes. There was a grocery store, Albertson's, but it is closing down.
