Triumph dining rooms

Like all Carnival ships....the Triumph does have two dining rooms. Each dining room has 2 dinner times (which may have changed to only 1 dinner time in each dinning room)

You can not chose which dinning room you are in, but to my knowledge, they are VERY similar. When booking the cruise, the ask you for a prefered dinning time and then assign you a dinning room!

The larger ships all have 2 dining rooms. This is so that all guest can be seated. They don't assign you to a dining room based on your cabin. On the Liberty last year we had a cabin in the front of the ship and were assigned to the aft dining room. It didn't bother us at all and it was a good excuse to walk around the ship.

Both dining rooms are the same except for decoration and the aft dining room has 3 walls of windows where the middle dining room has 2 walls of windows.

Carnival has gone to 2 dining times instead of 4. I'm not sure if it's on all ships yet, but will be shortly. Both dining rooms have an early dinner and a late dinner.

Carnival is also trying the "Anytime" dining. The ships with 2 dining rooms will keep 1 for traditional dining and 1 for anytime dining. It's already on the Legend and is being rolled out to the Liberty in November. I don't know when all the ships will offer it.

You are assigned one dining room for dinner. However, we had the London (on both trips), and ate breakfast and lunch in the Paris. The London was closed for the other two meals. We asked for our dinner waiters in the Paris, as they also worked during the day in the Paris. On the few days they weren't there, we had another waiter we asked for. (worked great)
