RCL Atlantic Canada & Quebec Cruise Sept. 11

Recommended Posts

My wife and I are trying to get ready for our Atlantic Canada & Quebec Cruise on Royal Caribbean on September 11th. Who is going on this cruise and what excursions are you taking?

Also, we are trying to keep our luggage to a minimum but at the end of Summer and the beginning of Fall, what clothing do you take Summer or Fall (sweaters / fleece line jacket). Plus, with formal nights that is more luggage.

One last question. On departure, do you carry your luggage off the ship or put it out the night before?

A West Virginia Fisherman going to Canada, but not for fishing this time.

The weather in September is quite lovely. Cool, crisp mornings, but still can get into the seventies by noon. At that time of year you need to be prepared for both warm and cool weather.---maybe low 60's. Fog is less common then, but it can occur. If there is a hurricane down south pushing the air up this way it will be warm and humid.

You will want to pack some short sleeved shirts along with some long sleeved for evening. It gets very cool by the water by 6PM. We wear both lightweight jackets and a heavier, fall weight, depending on the day.

It will be very cool at sea at any time in these waters---even when it is in the eighties on land in the summer.

Hi wvfisherman, the "roll call" for your cruise can be found here http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=531537 you will find the others that will be on your cruise will be posing there and they can probably answer your questions regarding the cruise line, ship and what sort of excursions they are going on.

Here we'll be happy to answer any questions you have regarding the Canadian ports. Sapper had given you some pretty good adive regarding what to bring to wear at least :)
