Montreal

Recommended Posts

That's the official website for the city of Montreal run commercially by the Greater Montréal Convention and Tourism Bureau. It doesn't have everything you need to know about Montreal, because it's a commercial website that sells placement on their website.

The official Quebec government website is at http://www.bonjourquebec.com and it provided information in both English and French for all of Quebec including Montreal and lists all hotels, bed and breakfasts, as well as other tourist accommodation without bias and ranked by official Quebec ratings.

While the Tourisme Montreal website is useful, you must remember that businesses listed have paid fees to be listed. (I should know, they ask me each year to pay them a rather large fee to get listed.)
