Crown C702... Air Conditioning Problem?

We are going to be on the Crown the first week of Dec. I've read a couple of places where people have stayed in cabin C702 and had a problem with the air conditioning not working properly... Has anyone sailed recently and stayed in C702? If so, did the air conditioning work??? Thx for the information

The a/c works, but it did not get really cool. We did call a couple of times but to no avail. Now keep this in mind, when I settle down for the night I like it VERY COOL. Most nights I slept on top of the covers.:( During the day we made sure the drapes were closed and if we went out on our balcony we pulled them as far as we could before stepping out.

This was in April, 2008 and perhaps something has been done to correct it.

It certainly did not ruin our cruise (nothing much would):D but I would not use that cabin again (my choice) unless we know it is fixed.....

Hope this helps
