Couples Spa/Massage Cayman

My fiancee is not too keen on the whole swimming with stingrays thing and I'd heard so-so reviews of the Spa on the ship (Inpsiration). So I thought it would be nice to have a couple massage in the cayman on or near the beach and I was hoping anyone here has any suggestions.

 

Last couples massage we had was amazing it was at the Qua Baths and we loved it! The whole place was amazing, if you're in vegas I suggest you go.

 

Anyone have any idea for cayman?

So looking around there's a few places I found:

 

The Reef

Ritz Carlton

Westin

 

Each have what looks like a nice spa. But we're reconsidering thinking that we didn't spend all that money to spend the day inside at a spa. We'll just do that before or after the cruise (or on the cruise).
