vabeach14 Posted August 19, 2008 #1 Share Posted August 19, 2008 We were on a cruise earlier this year (January 28 through Feb. 1) on Royal Caribbean's Navigator of the Seas, and a private poker company rented out the conference room. Representatives from the company said they often rented out space on Carnival Cruise Ships too. They held no-limit cash texas hold 'em games and texas hold 'em tournaments while at sea. This poker room was not part of the normal casino. My wife and I are looking to book another cruise, and I'd like to book one that has a similar poker set-up. Does anyone know any sailings that feature no-limit poker outside of the casino? Thanks in advance.

vabeach14 Posted August 20, 2008 Author #4 Share Posted August 20, 2008 http://www.oceanplayersclub.com/ Thanks, but the company that was on the Royal Caribbean ship wasn't affiliated with the cruise line or the casino. I know this because I went to get cash from the casino cashier and they told me that they couldn't do it because it was a completely different company operating downstairs on the ship. This company was great! Their rake was next to nothing -- much better than the ship's casino. The company put on $1/ $2 no limit and $2/$5 no limit, and they did plenty of sit and go tournaments as well.
