Millenium/Constellation any difference??

I was wondering if there is any differences in the ships? It seems that the constellation has been rated as number one in its class, but isn't the millenium the same?

The 2 ships are virtually identical. Whichever ship you choose, you will have a great time !

Some minor decor differances. They both have Celebrity's outstanding speciality restaurant($30/person and worth it) and the menus are essentially the same if not the same.

 

The only differance is that on Millie it is called the Olympic and on Infinity it is called United States. The names of for the decor. About half of the Olympic is decorated with the actual wall panels from the HMS Olympic's (sister ship to the Titanic) ala carte restaurant. The United States is decorated with the decor from the ala carte restaurant on the USS United States.

 

Just to finish the list, Summit is Normandy and Constellation is called Ocean Liners. They ran out of actual ala carte restaurant decors they could use.

There are some differences not mentioned. Millennium has a sports bar/lounge where Constellation has a plant shop. That's the big difference. Millennium's plant shop is smaller and located in a different spot. Another difference, right now Constellation is the original blue color, I just saw her today in New York City. Millennium has been painted to match the previous generation ships. IMO, this class looks much better in the original paint scheme.

 

Millennium is the most elegant of the 4 ships. Maybe not the prettiest, that's a matter of opinion, but she has some special details to her decor that is lacking on the 3 sisters that follow.
