GrannyMouse Posted August 24, 2008 #1 Share Posted August 24, 2008 I rode by the Norfolk port on Saturday and there was a small cruise ship docked. Just wondering which ship it was. Where would I go to find out?

KroozFoolz Posted August 25, 2008 #3 Share Posted August 25, 2008 I rode by the Norfolk port on Saturday and there was a small cruise ship docked. Just wondering which ship it was. Where would I go to find out? Nothing listed here (http://www.cruisenorfolk.org/schedule.php) or here (http://www.porttime.com/cruise_port.cfm?portid=879) to be there yesterday (08/23/08). Perhaps some private vessel? You might call Nauticus and ask... (757) 664-1000 or toll free at (800) 664-1080 Could it possibly have been the Spirit of Norfolk? Let us know if you find out.
IvesGrandmama Posted August 25, 2008 #4 Share Posted August 25, 2008 Could it have been the RCCL Grandeur of the Seas They are out of Norfolk now. We will be on it next week
greatdanemom Posted August 25, 2008 #5 Share Posted August 25, 2008 Grannymouse, I saw the ship on the Nauticus webcam. It definitely wasn't Grandeur because she left port on Thursday when we got off. It definitely wasn't the Spirit of Norfolk either. But beyond that I'm at a loss... GrannyMouse Posted August 25, 2008 Author #6 Share Posted August 25, 2008 It was a smaller ship - sort of royal blue. Guess I'll call and ask. Very curious!! Must have been a port stop and not a departure. There were what appeared to be "cruisers" shopping at MacArthur.
