Riley's Mom Posted August 25, 2008 Author #3 Share Posted August 25, 2008 Thanks so much for the quick reply.. How do I find out what is going to be done to the ship during dry-dock? I am trying to decide what cruise to book. For example when the Liberty goes to dry dock in October I am wondering if they will add balconies to the Spa deck cabins..if so, I would like to book one of them. If not, I would rather book a regular balcony on a lower deck.. Thanks, Carla

The Liberty is a fairly new ship too, we sailed on her last October and had a great time. They are prolly just freshening her up a bit, new carpets and things like that. Ken076 Posted August 25, 2008 #5 Share Posted August 25, 2008 Somewhere on the Carnival site itself I believe there's an explanation of at least upcomming refurbs, maybe under fun ships? ken

I believe the Victory & Valor both had the 6E's converted to balconies within a 2-week drydock. My PVP seemed to think they were being converted on the Liberty in October. I have a 6E booked for the 1st sailing after drydock.

I can't seem to find a "Fact Sheet" for their ships on this website.
