grand cayman- a lil snorkeling and beach

Taking nieces on cruise for first time...My younger niece isn't that fond of the wildlife in the water...WHO CARES...we want to be able to snorkel and see fish etc...where is the safest place to go...that also has a beach and is located near shopping etc. I wanted to do the STINGRAY city snorkeling...but she is worried she will have trouble climbing up in and out of the boat that takes you there because of her back issues.....any thoughts?

most of the boats have stairs that go into the water I know hannibal and the bucanneer has stairs and it has a snorkel/stingray combo really nice tour
