dinner question about kids

Hi to all,

We will be on the Star Princess in two weeks (yipeeeeee!). Our two sons, 12 and 7, are going with us. I know there are two nights that they can dine with their friends if they want to. What is the dress for those two nights? I am not sure if they would even like to do this but I wanted to make sure I bring enough dress up clothes for them!

Hi Linda,

Usually those nights are casual and the kids eat at the horizon court (special kids menu), so they can wear anything. My son who is now 7 loves the kids club, but he also loves the food in the dining room. But on those nights when he can eat with his friends he gladly goes.

On the nights they eat with the kids club they have a special buffet of food for the kids in an area of the buffet corned off just for the kids. The staff is great and the kids love to eat with their friends. I remember one night was the second formal night of the cruise so the kids did not have to get dressed up again.
