Cruise_More_Often Posted October 25, 2004 #2 Share Posted October 25, 2004 We sent ours in at the end of July or first week of August and still have not received our refund. That does seem like a long time, and I had been wondering about it, too. I had some questions abour our application and e-mailed the Visitors Centre. I received a response right away, and in the e-mail were these telephone numbers: Toll free from anywhere in Canada 1-800-668-4748 From outside Canada 1-902-432-5608 If I don't hear from them by the end of the week, I'll call. If you call, please let me know what they tell you. CMO

Cruise_More_Often Posted October 25, 2004 #4 Share Posted October 25, 2004 Then I guess I'll wait a while before calling! Thanks very much.
cruisernh Posted October 26, 2004 #5 Share Posted October 26, 2004 It takes a while but, you eventually get it. If you go to a duty free store while in Canada I think you could get it immediatly as long as the total wasn't over a certain amount. Not sure how much but maybe someone else knows?
