would like to know where it is. is it near the pier?

I didn't know there was a playa bonita in costa rica? I thought it was in cozumel?

mappa2 .... We were all set to go to Playa Bonita while in Limon, Costa Rica, on our cruise this past January (04). It's only a $5.00 taxi ride (4 per taxi) away. Unfortunately, the bar tenders/bar servers on the ship (Celebrity) didn't think it was a good idea ... so we didn't because we have learned to trust their opinions ....

 

We were at Playa Bonita briefly a couple of years ago ... when we were with some business friends who drove us by with a quick stop so we could see it (we wanted to :D ). It's a rather rustic BUT PRETTY beach with a small beach bar. The water seemed a bit rough ... but, it's the only beach near Limon so you know what we're saying ........ Ask some of the crew on your ship. Things change. It was their favorite at one time so it may be back in favor now!
