ZipLine - Questions

A couple of friends and I will be on HAL's Veendam in Belize in December. We're thinking of doing the zipline (and cave tubing) through Major Tom.

 

For anyone that has done the zipline - how do you get up the tree to the platform? We're 50ish, single women (widowed and divorced), and this is one of those symbolic things that we want to do ("leap of faith" kind of thing). However, one of my friends is concerned about having the physical strength to climb a tree. Apparently she attempted to do a "ropes" course through work, and didn't have the strength to climb the contraption they had to get up to the platform.

 

So, any info on the zipline process would be greatly appreciated! :)
