Does anyone happen to know what's on lunch menu and how much does it cost for lunch if in a penthouse suite?

No cost if you are in a suite (not mini suite). I just saw the menu on another thread (b'fast and lunch). Will try and find for you.

Had lunch at Cagney's during our Pearl cruise last week. Nice part was feeling of being in a very nice restaurant with incredibly attentive staff. Menu was a pleasant mix of options (soup was same as available on buuffet) but it was just a great way to dine. Breakfast is way to early to us to go to. Coffee from room service (DW's favorite) and fruit work for us.
