Why isn't the SeaTrek Aqua Park available on my cruise in Oct?

In looking at the general excursion list for Cococay on Royal Caribbean's website, I see the following listed:

 

SeaTrek Aqua Park - Caylana's Castle Cove

 

However, when I look at the excursions available to me for my Oct 12 Caribbean cruise, which includes Cococay, this excursion is not available.

 

I was disappointed!

 

Anyone know why it isn't available? Is it just available in the summer months? Or is it available year-round, but just not listed for some reason?

It could be that it is already booked, and there are no time slots available.
