VIP Boarding At Port Canaveral

There are signs posted where to go for VIP check-in, if not just ask anyone. They have a small office to check you in, a separate sitting area and they get you on the ship first along with any wedding parties, travel agents and other VIP cruisers. The only thing we had problems with is the camera people were not set up to take your embarkation picture prior to sailing, we could have waited, but that wasn't a major thing for us.

It is nice to be sitting up on the lido deck watching all the people loading the ship knowing your vacation started a couple hours before theirs did. ::::smile::::::

At the terminal, there is a sign for the VIP area. Any Carnival rep can and will direct you to the VIP lounge and check in area. Theu complete the check-in process, walk you to the gate to get your picture taken and give you the sign and sail card. Been thru VIP at both Canaveral and Miami and Canaveral was much easier and efficient.

 Any of you ever have VIP Boarding at Port Canaveral? What happens when you arrive? Do you get to save some time instead of standing in line? Is there, like, a secret handshake?

When facing the terminal, head to the left and you will see the line/lines.

The VIP is behind the lines you see.Its closest to the building so walk around to the side and you will see a THIN roped off area. That is the VIP line.
