We are a family of 5 going on Conquest Jan 2, we have been to Cozumel several times and have also been to passion island which we loved.....but now I am hearing alot of good things about paradise beach..

If you have been to both, which one did you like better....money is not a factor, we just want to have a nice relaxing beach day. I posted on the port section but did not get any resposes. THANKS

i've been to both paradise beach & passion island. i preferred passion island...i like my beaches to be rock-free & prefer white powder sand...the sand at paradise beach was a bit too coarse for my taste. now, i did have a good time at paradise beach, but based on my experiences & preferences, i'd go back to passion island. there's lots more room there, the food is good, the beach is absolutely beautiful & the water was great!!

Have not been to Passion Island but we went to Paradise Beach in March and it was wonderful. Seemed perfect for a group or family. The waiters are excellent. They don't hover over you but they seem to always be around just when you need them. Some of us girls had our hair braided while we were there and you can get henna tattoos or massages on the beach. The massages were $1 per minute. Excellent nachos and drinks. The music was good also. Very nice relaxing atmosphere.

I haven't been to Passion Island, but we were just at Paradise Beach Saturday and absolutely loved it. It's truly "paradise!" It's very clean, the food was great and reasonably priced and the waiters are top notch. True, the sand is a bit coarse, but nothing that would stop me from going back. For $5/pp you can use the water trampoline, the iceberg and the floating mats.

We had also considered Passion Island, but what solidified our decision was the flexibility of Paradise Beach... it's a quick $12 cab ride from the pier and we could leave when we wanted. I believe Passion Island is a 5-hour excursion and once you're there, you're there to stay....maybe something to consider, especially with kids!

Have a great time where ever you choose....
