Has anyone stayed at the Intercontinental? - What did you like, what didn't you like?

I will be staying there 09/19 thru 09/25. Got a business rate of $159/night. Co-workers say it is real nice. I will let you know how it is when I get back!

We stayed there 2 nights back in June, nice property, nice beach. Service was good.

Very nice hotel in good location on the main strip near the airport. Easily walkable to The El San Juan and the Ritz, if you wanted to get out.

 

Nice big pool and lots of public beach access.

I really liked the Intercontinental. Service was excellent, the pool and beach was really nice. They have alot of security personnel. The casino is kind of small but it was nice. The bed and pillows were some of the best that I have ever slept on. Food and drink is overpriced but that is expected. It is very close to the airport. Any questions just let me know!

We love the InterContinental. Have stayed here several times, and will be staying again in December.

 

The staff, the pool area and the rooms are all great. I do agree the casino is small but that is not why we stay here.

Sorry we took a taxi everywhere so I could not answer this question. But I can say that all the InterContinentals that I have stayed at have a parking fee.

We have stayed at the Intercontinental 3 times, it's a beautiful prperty, great pool, convenient to the airport and upscale restaurants. You don't have to leave if you don't want to. We're going back to San Juan in February for a winter get away and are trying a different property this time; I hope we're not sorry.

We are doing the same thing in December. Trying a different property. I don't know weather to be excited or just what. We love the InterContinental hope we didn't make a wrong choice this time.
