Tell me about Camp Carnival on Legend!

We are planning on cruising next year on Carnival Legend when DD is 3 and potty trained. Just got off Mariner of the Seas last week & don't want to have to do diaper duty again! Since we've never used Camp Carnival before, we're looking for info on experiences from other cruisers w/ young kids. How do you rate the program on Legend? Did your kids stay in camp while in port? Did your kids like the counselors?
