vista03 Posted September 20, 2008 #2 Share Posted September 20, 2008 I am have been researching Taxi Fares on St. Kitts. This is what I have found so far: According to Fodor's "Taxi rates are government regulated and are posted at the airport, the dock, and in the free tourist guide. There are fixed rates to and from all the hotels and to and from major points of interest." The Official St. Kitts Tourism website lists the most recent Taxi Fares: http://www.stkittstourism.kn/Docs/Taxi%20Fares%20EC.pdf These fares are effective as of 01 November 2005. I contacted the Tourism Office and these rates are current, however they are being reviewed as a result of the rising gas prices. So a Taxi Tour from Frigate Bay/Basseterre to Brimstone Hill for a maximum of 2 hours is $50 USD for 1 to 4 people. Information about the Fort and Admission prices can be found at: http://www.brimstonehillfortress.org/Plan/index.html
