OBC or price matach question

Can you only get an onboard credit if CCL lowers the price of your cruise (when you originally booked with them)? Or if you see a lower price anywhere, can you call your planner and let him know and will they match that price or give an OBC or do anything?

Only if Carnival lowers the price in my experience. If you find a better price at a TA and your not to final payment yet, you can transfer your booking to a TA for the lower price.
