xntric1 Posted September 23, 2008 #1 Share Posted September 23, 2008 I have just noticed the Aug 20th, 2009 Triumph 9 day cruise to Quebec City and 2 other ports in Quebec. Has anyone done this itinerary before? It sails from NYC and has 3 sea days, then 3 port days, then 2 final sea days. We love sea days. What can you share about it? Jerzzygirl Posted September 24, 2008 #7 Share Posted September 24, 2008 I dont know much about the ports on that cruise, but I do know that CARNIVAL cancelled our 5 night cruise for Aug.24th to make this 9 night cruise. They combined the aug 20th and aug 24th sailings. They didnt let us know yet, but we found out just by following carnivals website. We dont know if we are going to rebook for aug 10th or go back to NCL to bermuda.

big_duck Posted September 24, 2008 #11 Share Posted September 24, 2008 sounds awesome but I can't find it?????? Awesome is in the eye of the beholder I guess. It's a day trip for us. :D Now if the cruise terminated then restarted in Quebec City like the San Juan/Barbados thing then I would say Awesome, I'd love a cruise to New York. :D
MikeNKim Posted September 24, 2008 #12 Share Posted September 24, 2008 Hi Don how are you?????? I just got back from NYC actually and it is amazing...so to cruise from where would be great as well. It would actually take us longer to get to NYC then Quebec City but cheaper to fly to NYC:D I just wish I could find this to get prices...I checked Carnival.com and travelocity and no luck:confused:
xntric1 Posted September 24, 2008 Author #13 Share Posted September 24, 2008 I saw it on a large internet-based "VACATIONS" travel agency. They had it in their find a bargin "TO GO" section.

crusie Posted September 25, 2008 #20 Share Posted September 25, 2008 My August 20 4-day was canceled for this itin. Very confusing at first since my TA had a lot of misinformation. In the end, I am happily booked in an aft wrap. Expensive but with this itinerary I think it will be worth it. It must be booking well though -- there were only two 9A cabins left (supposedly) as of 3pm and I have one of them :-)
xntric1 Posted September 25, 2008 Author #21 Share Posted September 25, 2008 I keep looking at the June one ... I think I may book it! I will have 8 months to get DH convinced!
xntric1 Posted September 25, 2008 Author #22 Share Posted September 25, 2008 Ohhhhhh, I just remembered! I have some tickets I cancelled that I have 12 months to re-book. That would be August of next year ... oh, I hear this cruise calling my name! ummmm, but how do you pack for a 9 night with only 1 checked bag per person?
