Paradise Beach is a free beach resort.

Playa Mia charges an entrance fee.... around $9 last time I heard.

Playa Mia offers an all inclusive that runs between $40 - 50 a person (but for some reason that does not include the umbrella last time I checked).

Paradise Beach does not offer an all inclusive. You simply pay for what you eat and drink.

Paradise Beach also offers an optional wristband if you want to use their non-motorized toys (water and land) for $10. But again it is optional. Our boys always get it...hubby and I do not.

Same water, same sand...and same price for a taxi to and from. Same type of independent vendors offering jet skis, parasailing etc at both.

Thanks for the info. It sounds like Paradise Beach is a better deal. We have two couples going with children ages 2 - 9. Is the food, if not getting the all inclusive, priced well?

Aren't the food prices on the menu on their website?
