Deck 8 Grandeur

We're booked into 8570 on GOS next month. Anyone have any insight into th good/bad aspects of this cabin? It's toward the back of the ship. Does it have an obstructed view (I can't tell on my computer from the diagram)? Doesn't seem like it would be too noisy, but maybe I'm missing something?

Hello, You didn't just book a cabin, you booked a Junior Suite! It looks nice and roomy and according to the deck plans, it is not obstructed. It is a connecting cabin, however, if that bothers you at all. I just got off the Grandeur and it was lovely...Have fun...Maureen

We love Grandeur -- so we were already excited about that. Got a great deal on a guarantee cabin; it's the first time we're doing a guarantee, so I'm a little nervous that it might be too good to be true.

 

Can't tell from the 'puter too much about the suite due to browser issues, so your reply is much appreciated. Very glad to know it's not obstructed!

 

Doesn't seem like it will be too noisy (no elevators, not under the pool) but just wanted to be sure...

We were on Grandeur last December and are sailing on her again this December. Your J/S does not have any obstruction. It is below the spa so you should be just fine. If the cabin had an obstructed view it would be listed.
